Cash receipts and cancelled checks are adequate documentation for income tax purposes. The Federal ID # is 58-6000-158.

If additional documentation is needed please download a request form here and complete and return with payment to the Marietta Community School office at 1171 Whitlock Ave., Marietta, GA 30064. A fee of $10 will be charged for additional documentation or replacement receipts.
