Registration forms are available through the individual school offices, the Community School office at Marietta High School or you can download them by right-clicking on the links below and choosing "Save Target As" from the pop-up menu.

Registration forms must be received before a student may attend
these programs. Forms will not be processed without the program registration
fee.
